Premium Teacher Coaching is tailored to pinpoint successes and opportunities for growth in implementing the curriculum. Following identification of these areas, feedback is provided through personalized channels such as one-on-one post-lesson discussions, email correspondence,
collaborative brain-storming, or professional development sessions focused on specific aspects of curriculum implementation.

In contrast to video coaching, face-to-face coaching offers the added benefit of immediate interaction and personalized guidance tailored to your unique teaching environment.

新たにサービスを開始する「プレミアム教師コーチング」でも、カリキュラム実践における課題を見つけ、教師の成長に繋がる機会をご提供します。

本コーチングではGrapeSEEDのトレーナーが学園に赴き、実際のレッスンを見学します。レッスン終了後には、1対1でのディスカッションや、メールでのやり取り、ブレーンストーミングなど、様々な方法、角度からフィードバックを実施し、より良いレッスン運営ができるよう教師と話し合いを行います。

ビデオコーチングとは異なり、レッスン終了後すぐに学園それぞれのレッスン環境を加味したコーチングを実施できることが、プレミアム教師コーチングの魅力の1つです。
