Changes from the new school yearThe following points will be changed from the new school year. Thank you for your understanding.
The CDs and DVDs that have been provided up to now as a part of the curriculum materials package will no longer be provided. In place of those materials, we are providing the GrapeSEED student app for English exposure at home. Starting from April 2022, please enjoy the GrapeSEED student app for Repeated Exposure and Practice at home.
Therefore, "My GrapeSEED Daybook" as a tool for keeping track of student REP use is no longer necessary. However, some schools have reported that the Daybooks are often used for motivational purposes not confined to simply tracking REP use. That is why we will continue to provide “My GrapeSEED Daybook” for the 2022 school year.
The printed content in "My GrapeSEED Daybook" will retain certain instructions related to the use of CDs and DVDs, so please understand that since those resources are being replaced by the GrapeSEED student app, use of the Daybook is at the discretion of the school.
Up to now, the GrapeSEED app has required an email address for registration. However, from 2022 you will be able to use a phone number that can receive SMS (text messages) for app registration.
Classroom teaching materials that were provided in 2019 and have been used for three full years, and which may have become worn, damaged, or otherwise unusable over that period, are eligible for a complimentary replacement.
・Classroom materials eligible for replacement：Any unit materials delivered in 2019 that have been damaged or worn to the extent that there is interference with classroom instruction.
