Not only does this new points system show our appreciation for your support, but we believe this will make your GrapeSEED experience even more valuable and rewarding.

GrapeSEED Points are not to be confused with the “Awards Points” earned via the GrapeSEED Awards Program. However, the GrapeSEED Points can be combined with the Awards Points.

Schools can receive GS Points for one video coaching session.
At the same time, a teacher and manager can receive extra points for their school for providing a testimonial once during the campaign.

HOW TO QUALIFY
Coachings

  1. Sow – COACHING
    To be eligible for the points, teachers must utilize video coaching by sending in a recording of a GrapeSEED/LittleSEED lesson that is, at minimum, 20 minutes long.

  2. Grow – DEBRIEF
    The teacher must then meet a coach online to debrief their lesson (if a teacher cannot meet for feedback, they still may be able to receive points depending on a case-by-case evaluation). Once the teacher and manager receive the coaching report via email, their entry will be made official.

  3. Redeem – RECEIVE POINTS
    Once a teacher is deemed eligible a GrapeSEED coach will send an email (in addition to the coaching report) that provides details of the points they have earned.

  4. Sow, Grow, Redeem – TESTIMONIALS
    By providing a testimony, teachers AND managers can also acquire extra GrapeSEED Bonus Points.

    To qualify for these points, the teacher/manager must submit a testimonial via video or email. The contents must—in some way, shape, or form—highlight the benefits of participating in coaching.

    The testimonial will then be evaluated for its content and quality and, if deemed eligible, the GrapeSEED coach will send a notification email to the teacher/manager.

    A debrief meeting is not required for the testimonial process.

Step by Step

Record a class video

At least 20 minutes/full class video is highly recommended.

Schedule a time with a coach

 Book a coach using the "Schedule Coaching Now" button below .

STEP 3

Upload your video

Schedule a meeting and your coach will send you a dropbox link.

STEP 4

Debriefing

Talk about your strengths and areas of growths.

STEP 5

Receive points for coaching and/or for providing a testimonial!

Along with the Coaching Report, your coach will notify you of the points you have received that your school can use to redeem GrapeSEED merchandise.

Note
  • Lesson videos must be at least 20 minutes long.
  • Coaching must be reserved.
  • Schools will receive the points, not individuals.
  • Details on how to use your GrapeSEED points and what goods you can redeem will be sent to your school later.
  • Schools with multiple contracts with GrapeSEED cannot pool their points together.
